Sunshine Math is an optional program run by our PTA that allows students to complete a weekly worksheet to challenge themselves in math. Several of our students completed this additional homework each week. Each year, ten students on the grade level compete in a Math Brawl upon the completion of the Sunshine Math program. We are excited two students in our class qualified to be in the Math Brawl.
We are so proud of how they shined as mathematicians at the Brawl. We are also very proud of all our students who were able to complete the Sunshine Math program this year!
We are pleased to announce the arrival of our newest addition to the Room 214 Farmers...OLIVIA MARIE ROBERTS!!! She was born on Tuesday, May 17th at 7:44 p.m. She was 20 inches long and weighed 7.3 pounds. Mrs. Roberts and the baby are both doing great!!!
